Welcome to Coylum Cakes!
- Genuine home baking made to traditional recipes in our own kitchen
at Coylumbridge, near Aviemore in the heart of the Scottish
Highlands.
- We use only the finest quality ingredients including organic flour
and vine fruits, and free range eggs; we include other organic and
fair trade goods wherever possible and we are also currently
expanding our gluten-free range.
- Look out for our products in local shops throughout Badenoch and
Strathspey.
- We are now able to offer a range of cakes for weddings, birthdays
and special occasions. Recipes include rich fruit - with
brandy-soaked organic vine fruits; moist, spicy carrot cake; maderia
sponge cake, with jam or cream filling, or flavoured with orange,
lemon or chocolate. All are decorated with sugar paste in a design
to suit your personal requirements. Sugar flowers are our
speciality.
- Delivery is free within the Badenoch and Strathspey area - it is
often possible to collect from us or make other arrangements if you
live further afield - contact us to discuss
